Sorry I haven’t updated in so long. The airport people dropped my laptop, and it royally screwed it up. I had to take it to the Geek Sqaud (Ugh!) and they screwed me once again. They didn’t transfer the files off the old hard drive to the new one. Luckily I brought my Sims 3 disc (although I could have downloaded it again) and reinstalled. I just haven’t had the time to play lately. Hopefully soon!
Also, trying out some new widgets and plugins. Hope you like them!
I will be out of town for awhile so being busy with packing and travelling I won’t be able to update my blog for a couple of days. But I’ll be back!

This morning I decided to check and see if the thread is still alive and kicking. Amazingly, it is! Then I decided to torture myself by actually reading past the first (& second) post. Made me *really* realize what a rip-off it is even more so than yesterday.
Being a single mother was not all it was cracked up to be. Noni found the days blurring into one another until she hardly knew which day was what. The only thing that comforted her was that it seemed as though she could feel Marq’s presence close by, watching over her.
Yes, the Store went live. And as expected, it is a huge rip-off (at least in my, and many others, opinion). At this particular moment in time, it will cost ~$275.00 to buy everything the store has to offer. I don’t think I spent that much on the entire TS1 series! Of course, I will probably go back and do my own calculations to make sure that this person is correct, but here are the preliminary totals:

After the death of her husband, Noni threw herself back into her work. She patiently waited for the results of the last night spent with her husband. Thankfully, she didn’t have to wait long. Soon she was bowing to porcelain throne. Either she had food poisoning or her efforts had succeeded.
Ever since that first day on the job, the boss singled Noni out for special assignments and jobs that required a bit of extra care. He would, for example, send her home to her garden to bring back some of her delicious onions for the soup of the day. Without complaint she would simply do it. While it rewarded her with quick promotions and the ability to slack off without many repercussions she suffered in her home life.
